yeah, switched the colors. if you notice, kyogre, dialga, heck even reshiram to a point are some hue of blue. even my fakemon shaylord is blueish. so yeah, wanted consistency. obviously this guy would be a mascot to something, but I'm not sure what... maybe the naraht justice trio won't actually be part of the naraht region anymore, but a previous region. I can't give it to musicalsnow, who's region connects with mine (and actually comes before mine) because she already has region mascots... oh well, I'll figure something out.
also, even though its not a member of the naraht region, it'll have unique entries for each game. that's something that always bugged me about the games, some Pokemon get one entry for all the games, like mewtwo in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald... what, did they get lazy?

obsidian: this Pokemon writes the laws of the Pokemon world. even the toughest, wildest Pokemon won't disobey it*
gypsum: it is the lawmaker of the world. it knows all laws ever written everywhere and knows when a Pokemon disobeys.
galena: though it writes the laws, it does not enforce them. together with THERORDERS and JUDIDOCUS keep the Pokemon world in order.
*this is before shaylord and the shadow Pokemon were discovered. they disobey the rules all the time and lawtotops and therorders can't control them... they tried, and failed miserably. all the legendaries did.
Always look more official and impressive when in color. How do you go about your shading though? I'm noticing it lacks a sort of even blend to it in some places and wondering how you go about it.
I think the uneven blending lies in the fact that in some smaller areas like on claws I shade more tightly, and when I go to blend it blurs more. larger areas are much easier
I originally followed these tutorial [link][link] when I first began Sugi styling, but later started experimenting more with the brushes and used the paintbrush tool to do all the tones rather than an airbrush. the tutorials were more for me to be able to figure out what tools to use.
I noticed though in most of the official art though, not much blending is present in the picture, so I might stop blending altogether.
